Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping  (Prices New Zealand Only):
Once the order is complete and confirmed and payment is received by Quilt Works, goods will be despatched using the following options. Please allow 24 hours for internet banking. We apoligise in advance that we do not accept Cheque payments.

Please ensure that you list the order number as reference for all direct credits. Failing to do so may cause delays  with your order being despatched.

*We are happy to accept international orders. All International orders are shipped by Air Post. As soon as your order is despatched, yo will be notified by email. Please allow 7-10 working days for delivery.
Postage will be charged based on the New Zealand shipping rates at the time of confirmation and order processing.
No orders are despatched until full payment has been received or agreed to by Quilt Works.

Returns Policy:
The www.quiltworks.co.nz   website will only accept returns under the following conditions:

1. Where a suitable replacement for any damaged or faulty products is not available.
2. Contact is made with Quilt Works within 7 days of receipt of goods Please contact us at info@quiltworks.co.nz  or (06) 858 9280
3. Goods were damaged or faulty prior to delivery
4. Goods were supplied incorrectly
5. All returns must be discussed and agreed upon prior to acceptance. Our acceptance is not automatic.
6. Fabrics that have been cut from the bolt is non-returnable.

Please note: All returns must be returned in original packaging and must be in saleable condition when received by Quilt Works for a 100% refund. Items returned not meeting this satisfaction will be refunded at a reduced rate based on our discretion.

How long for my order to arrive:
Providing we have the item in stock your item will be couriered to your urban delivery address within approximately 1-2 working days.  If you are a rural address this should be within 3-4 working days.   If your item is not in stock we will e-mail you letting you know how long this should take to arrive in.
International Orders can take up to 7-10 working days via Air Mail.
